  It's unfortunate democracy allows everyone to have an opinion. It is because of views like this, so divisive and incoherent with our constitution and nation building goals that Ghana is where it is now. Anyway, I believe we are all Ghanaians before we are partisan. Nana Addo is president of Ghana and not of NPP members and we all have a right to enjoy the National Cake.
  In closing, I hope you would take advantage of the fact that you are seated at the ruling government's table and get a proper education and save us the pain of reading such poor grammar and poorly thought out comments.

  He was able to make over a million cedis a month and refused to pay providers for their services whilst strangulating providers of generating income themselves to pay their staff. Good riddance to bad rubbish. People who did not value the providers and were there to collapse the health facilities. The NHIA/S thinks the number of people registered is the bench mark rather than the quality of health care provided and the cost involved. They should all be probed I personally think their entitlements should not be paid them until the economy improves.

  In closing, Government appointed Civil Servants are not party members as umyour suppose. The head of the NHIS and SSNIT and a few other institutions have worked in these institutions for over a decade. Per your accusations Kufour and the NPP are also similar celestial creatures(Devils) as they appointed these persons.

  He also supervised scholarship based on NDC membership; while ignoring people hired before 2009. He supervised senior male officials having sexual relationship with junior female staff, some of whom were given scholarships.
  
  He created inefficiencies that created wealth for people like him. Under his watch, over 90% of claims are still processed manually, the reason utilisation is 31 million because a lot of this utilisation which is based on submitted claims are fraudulent.
  
  This evil man supervised the anti Akan sentiment but favoured Gas, Ewes and northerners to make his NDC masters happy. His reward is being made dep CEO.
  
  He and the NDC people planned and executed the registration of non Ghanaians to register and vote in Ghana's elections. He led the changing of the law to make that possible. His weak leadership style is the reason why similar corrupt officials were arrested by the BNI. This man should be investigated. How many properties did he acquire while at NHIA?
  
  Otoo is taking advantage of things that international organisations did for NHIS. He departure from NHIA is good riddance

  These people are millionaires while providers are not paid for almost a year. The NHIS still is among the most inefficient government agencies despite the huge investment in ICT. If NPP government is serious about NHIS, forensic audit should be conducted. Sack the directors that were arrested by the BNI. Seize the passports of Nathaniel Otoo, Sylvester Mensah and all the people arrested by the BNI.
