It is not $13.9 million dollars. It is $5.9 million dollars. It is not $5.9 million dollars. It is a lie. Vice President Bawumia has campaign hang over. He should get out of campaign mode and do the work. The immediate past Vice President was very angry when he heard the cost of the project. He orderedm for the payments for the project to be stopped. He petitioned the Council of State to look into the project and its cost. A VP's official Residence is being constructed on the Switchback Road when advanced plans for the loot of the current VP's residence become public. The lastest to come from the grand thieves was, the project was 3.5 million. As to whether it is cedis, dollars, euros, yen, Swiss franc, Canadian dollar, naira, etc, etc, we are yet to be told.
Meanwhile over a staggering $8 million dollars has already left the Bank of Ghana vaults headed by Gov Nashiru. $5.9 million dollars and the project is not ready after paying over $8 million dollars? As for the quoted sum of 3.5 million one does not even know if it is 3.5 million pebbles or cowries that comedian of a General Secretary is talking about. So nobody can actually speak to that figure.
And in the midst of all this, the VP's residence is still occupied at Cantonments. Maybe we might want to look into any renovation works and other ancillary projects that may have been done at the Cantonments residence, if any and add all the costs together, so we can get a full appreciation of what is going on here.
The auditing is clear, stealing has occurred. It is as clear as daylight. We must put the meat to the bones and wait for the Special Prosecutor. We must get serious with the task of governance because it is very, very serious business.

When you put useless people of such in the helm of affairs, these are some of the stupid and childish comments you will hear after their extravaganza failure. When people with so-called knowledge without conventional wisdom(fie nyansa) and conscience control top post, their food is to lie to show of extravaganza and illgotten filthy affluence at the expense of the state and comes round to justify it. You people of the northern part of Ghana, for the past years, many of you have resorted to lies,thievery,daylight corruption and many evil deeds against Ghana. We saw you to be decent,humble,honest and obedient but you 80% have thrown it to the dogs in this 21st century. Look at John Mahama, Mahama Ayariga, Hassan Ayariga, Haruna Iddrisu, Alhaji Bature, Haruna Atta, Saani Daara, Kwasi Nyantakyi, recent Suhuyini and just to mention a few. Even monies which are purportedly allocated to the northern development programme, you turn round to steal them at the expense of your northern brothers development. If Otiko says Mahama is wicked and evil, some of you guys have albatrossed her. Don't worry, pray Bawumia exhibit truth,patriotic and humility in NPP administration up to the next 8years if God permits as we have seen him to be doing. If not, as Martin Amidu said, it will be impossible for any northerner to lead this country again per the Mahama's flamboyancy, untruthfulness, tribalistic, wickedness, greed,selfishness,inhumility,hypocrisy and corruption. Northern brothers have finished ascending into higher positions in this country. You may think I am sounding tribal but sit well and analyse situations for this past eight years and you will understand. Analysis on football shows that, from 1963 to 2002, several players,coaches and FAs have ascended into higher positions in Ghana football. With their expenses from that time to date, they haven't spent up to $1million. From 2004 to 2017 now, GFA headed by Nyantakyi from the northern part of Ghana and to be precisely Wa has had different coaches,players and board members but has spent up to a whooping over $128million on Black Stars alone excluding sponsorship monies from corporate bodies and kit sponsor Puma and nothing to show for. Club football in tatters. Not to talk of juvenile and coast football. "*where is he from?*". Ex-president Mahama is also from the northern part of Ghana. From independence in 1957 to 2008, Ghana's total debt stood at GH¢9billion. From 2009 to June 2012, the total debt stood around GH¢12billion which late Mills did very well. Mahama took over from late Mills, in July 2012 and has jumped and rocketed the total debt portfolio from GH¢12billion to over GH¢120billion with sole sourced deals,corruption,miniature of so-called infrastructure, unnecessary fashionism of V8 cars,people lying in defence of him for money, highly inflated contracts,contracts sums paid but projects do no exist,high level of dumsor,collapse of businesses just to mention very few. Just look at them! What do you think? Your unfaced judgment may be good as mine.
