  Its long overdue, the service should be made voluntary. Such that those who want to avoid it pays the current nss salary for a year. (350ghc x 12 = 4200 ghc) This is the way forward.

  the way forward is voluntary
  Why should govt commit itself to employ and pay all these funds when the money is not available
  I f children school outside Ghana why should they be harassed ?Save the money for other project ...
