So who were these contracts awarded to? Who are the faces behind these contracts? Did they know they were entering a restrictive tender with Cocobod and were they satisfied, it had to be restrictive tendering? Or that did not matter to them?
Over half a billion dollars is a lot of money for restrictive tendering so let's blow it very wide open and go in there and find out what was proprietary in nature for those contracts. And we can carry it from there.
I think the Special Prosecutor will be busy for a very long time and Nsawam would need a special purpose vehicle or policy to move those one stick of plantain, a carton of sardine, remand prisoners out of there and make room, huge room in there for proper thieves.
