It may be recalled in Russia, prior to President Putin's ending to his first(1st) leadership, he sought the Party's Chairmanship and was later appointed Prime Minister by his successor, Medvedev.
We can clearly see Sammy Awuku's intention; a short term sacrifice in the Youth leadership then a big jump into a powerful position!
