  THESE TWO HAVE BEEN CENTRES OF MASSIVE CORRUPTION, OFTEN EXTRACTING HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY FROM LAND BUYERS BEFORE PROCESSING THEIR DOCUMENTS.
  
  5-10 YEARS ARE COMMON IN THE PROCESSING OF LAND DOCUMENTS, WITH MONIES BEING EXTRACTED AT EVERY STAGE.
  
  THIS WILL BE A VERY POPULAR MOVE FOR THE MAJORITY OF GHANAIANS AND AN UNPOPULAR MOVE FOR THE TINY MINORITY AT THESE INSTITUTIONS.
  
  IF YOU GO TO THESE INSTITUTIONS, YOU WILL FIND YOUNG SURVEYORS, DRAUGHTMEN/WOMEN USING EXPENSIVE 4-WHEEEL CARS, ALL AT THE EXPENSE OF THE LONG-SUFFERING GHANAIAN LAND PURCHASER.

  do Bawumia remember calling somebody incompetent for setting out committee ? mr competent Bawumia why are you setting a dual committee ? why dnt u set your ideas for them to implement?
