  They have every right to demand a copy. Hope GHALCA does so on behalf of all the clubs before they agree to start the league!

  Hearts letter and comments that followed makes it sound as if they are asking for a favour. It should not be an issue of satisfying curiosity but of legal right. As a matter of fact, the GHALCA should have taken that up on behalf of all the clubs. Curiously, most of the time it is Hearts taking up legal issues for clubs where the GFA and the GHALCA appeared unconcerned.
