What is the reason,if any.And why Cote d'Ivoire should lay claim to a territory after over a decade of CAPITAL EXPENDITURE by it's neighbour (Ghana),to explored oil in her territory to improve the living conditions of her people,if It's not an after thought, to all of a sudden for d'Ivoire to claim ownership of that territory.The delay of the Project as a Cost to Ghana and Investors.The use of Scarce resources and demand of manhours on the case,etc.Geographically,D'Ivoire reasons,if any,is neither here nor there, B'cos it also mean there should not be The Gambia on the Map! Or,Senegal should claim The Gambia,etc.Anyway.
