  Prez. Kufour's road advisers saw street hawking, and indiscriminate parking by tro-tro drivers as the causes for the Kasoa traffic jams. So the hawkers/traders and tro-tro's were moved away from the highway.
  The NDC govt. having campaigned with "vote for me, and I'll let you come back", didn't maintain the Kufour embargo of street hawking/trotro's when faced with the resulting jams, BUT RATHER saw an opportunity to loot, with this OVERPRICED Flyover of 4 lanes (from Accra) to 2 lanes towards Buduburam. Note, the hawkers are actually crossing the flyover to sell their pure water, bread, etc., and the tro-tro's are encroaching the flyover lanes. How does a traffic flow of 4 lanes peter into a SLOWER (slowed by hawkers and trotro's) 2 lanes?
  Prez. Mahama's roads advisers, worth their salt, should have anticipated these jams.

  THE TROTRO AND TAXI STATIONS AT BUDUBRAM AND FETE JUNCTIONS SHOULD BE RELOCATED OFF THE HIGH WAY...AS AN IMMEDIATE STEP IN TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS CONGESTION..THANK YOU MP FOR COMING TO OUR AID
