Now Bawumia is reduced to uttering stupid noises all over the place.

Speaking in codes? So majority of folks in Zongo Communities have less education and have limited skills other than trading and manual labor. Are you Bawumia going to educate and train them to provide them the opportunity to uplift themselves from poverty or maintain the status quo?
