Cerebral palsy, autism and most of these diseases have no clear cause, mostly predictive and useless African occultic reasonings as cause. Who told you they didn't eat fruits.

Surely the main point is that the family are reaching out for support. I agree with this family, the child should have the right to education. This should be along side reasonable care to facilitate this. There but for the grace of God. ........
