Straight out of the starting blocks in the race, your speech writer engages in plagiarism and he is left in his role as an important aide to the President, there is an allegation of bribery against Agyarko in Parliament and yet he is made to assume duty as a Minister. Otiko Djaba did not do National Service as per the rule of qualification of Ministers of State under our constitution and yet she is appointed as a Minister. This trend is too worrying so early in the game and is strong enough to sow seeds of doubts in our minds about the credibility of Akufo Addo. Looks like he is all bark without a bite.
