  Do the chiefs pay tax on the numerous properties they sell esp landed properties? You just have extra monies to share so you will add this as top up to these unpatriotic chiefs

  A good assessment. However, put up à better organisation and management of lands. Administrative and tax charges should be imposed on all lands sales and registered accordingly. A simple way to do away with all land ownership disputes, responsabilise chiefs to play effective economic roles and and widen the state net revenu. Play the game according to rules.
