You use taxpayers money to buy vehicles, some just about a year or two old, use taxpayers money to service these vehicles, regularly, to the point where these vehicles are as good as new, and after Ghanaians punish you at the ballot box for your corruption, profligacy and looting, you do the one thing that sent you soooo fast into opposition, looting.
You loot these new vehicles and turn around to say the new gov't is dabbling in dirty propaganda when it asks you to return these vehicles because it is not buying any new vehicles for any Ghana@60 celebrations, and you expect to be taken seriously as a political party whose credibility is next to nothing?
If it were to be propaganda the NPP is obviously winning but the realty is, it is not. Public opinion is very much stacked against you and you still belligerently continue on the path to nowhere. Well, one thing is certain. For a party with the worst history of governance ever since Ghana gained independence, it sure has a very nice way of being attractive(sic)as a political party with only two regions to its name. And that will be the NDC's pain the next time around when the ballots are cast.

We are going in circles about this issue. The Government can task the GRA to generate data of all vehicles and earth moving machines cleared through Customs by government from 2009. The chassis numbers could be checked at the DVLA for the registration numbers. Further checks can then be made to ascertain which departments they were allocated to and which individuals were or are still using them. The transport officers could then be held accountable for them.
