    THESE ARE NOT JUST MISSING VEHICLES. THEY ARE STOLEN VEHICLES AND THE NPP GOVERNMENT MUST VIEW & TREAT THIS AS STOLEN GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES AND MUST BEGIN TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE IN THE COURTS.
