when you go through their list you will realise that it is only one toyota camry that was registered in 2016. Some of the cars have no VIN (Chasis number). The list is very irregular.

This is the critical issue. One can have a list of vehicles that are to be handed over. It does not mean the vehicles were available for use. We have poor processes.

Why is Mahama quiet about the issue, he has to call on the people that worked for hm to return national properties in their possession, Gov can't buy cars for their party members.
