when you go through their list you will realise that it is only one toyota camry that was registered in 2016. Some of the cars have no VIN (Chasis number). The list is very irregular.
A basic Avalon costs 40k dollars. An armoured one like this would be about 200k dollars. Pepeni Mahama was a dog.
