She is free to choose whichever hairstyle she likes, but remember to whom much is given, much is expected. Also as a minister or anyone in leadership position, you should be cautious about your public utterances. Think through questions very well before answering or sometimes ignore the questions professionally if you are getting irritated. You just don't spew anything and not expect the people you are serving not commenting.
