At the end of the day, it appears that Ghana can do the following no matter who the coach is:

1. Qualify for AFCON
2. Get out of the group at AFCON
3. Make the final four at AFCON

At the end of the day, it appears that Ghana can do the following no matter who the coach is:

1. Qualify for AFCON
2. Get out of the group at AFCON
3. Make the final four at AFCON

There is no need for an expensive foreign coach unless we are certain he can win the cup.

World Cup qualification is a hit or miss affair that I believe comes down to the GFA really putting resources behind it. I think what we saw was that GFA was taking alot for granted with WC qualifying and Grant exhibited the same exact attitude.

In sum, a local coach will suffice as long as the GFA is serious about putting resources into qualification and tournaments. Part of that is learning to play some serious friendlies and advancing the training facilities in Ghana.

Avram Grant has been fired. That is a good start. But, it should also include the upper echelon, Nyantakyi and others.
Ebenezar, thus far, they have led us. The truth is that, Nyantakyi does not have anything else to offer. It's therefore, time for him to go, otherwise the loses will continue. We cannot do the same thing over and over again and expect a different outcome.
