  When you sign a wrong deal with the wrong president, you receive a good lesson from the right president. Why didn't the contract ask the CREATE, LOOT, and SHARE government to pay them before they existed from power?

  for eight years the ndc government of atta mills / mahama made it their policy not to touch to complete the road projects at madina -adenta overhead foot bridges and nsawam thro' suhum to kyebi junction. this goverment will complete them as well as fulfill its electoral promises and not these partisan school project job for the boys. we were told they were in the budget for 2016 so where is the money. share and chop.

  All those making those stupid comments are semi-literate ignoramuses who know next to nothing and are just happy to expose their ignorance. And by the way, who told you that it was a World Bank project. These are government of Ghana projects that are paid for as and when certificates are raised and the consultants certify them. Government is a continuum, and thus whoever is in government is obliged to continue with on-going projects and pay for them. Do you remember the "gang of six road projects" which Kuffuor left behind without any dedicated source of funding? The cost of the remaining day SHS projects pale into shadow when compared with the huge financial burden that Mills inherited and yet knowing that governance is a continuum, the NDC mobilized resources from internal and external sources to complete them. As for those who use this platform to insult innocent and decent people as corrupt without any shred of evidence, they can continue on that trajectory, but God in his own time will judge them. They will surely pay for it themselves or through their families. They claim they are Christians or Moslems, yet all they do is to malign and insult people without any basis. No amount of prayers or supplication will atone for your sins unless you personally look for the people you insulting and seek for their forgiveness. Shame on all the envious hate-filled, ethnocentric goons. God is surely watching us.
