public appointment. I think honorable Mensah,
you need to be charged. When I was a police
recruit in1971 at GALAWAY POLICE TRAINING
CENTRE IN KOFORIDUA E/R , some recruits were
laid off for offenses like, traced criminal records,
forged credentials etc, etc. So why you discovered
some improprieties in the military and did not
tell Ghanaian people, the people you serve. You
owed them duty to let them know. You
people think that when you attain certain heights
you are above the laws and you do not owe any
allegiance to anyone. You are totally WRONG.

In Ghana we have only Honourable Thieves andLooters but not Honourable MPs or Politicians.The BNIs and CID must investigate.We need now Investigative Journalists.It could be that the cars have crossed to Togo for new number plates and repainting.Therefore the Government should ask the Boarder Guards who were on duty between the 1.1.2017 and say 12.1 2017 .

Is this self righteous sounding general implying that some crimes he is aware of are not worth pursuing.. for national security reasons. He is using national security as a cover to avoid hard questions.
