  2. Why did you ignore the orders of Public Services Commission?
  3. Why did you ignore the hundreds of volunteers who were already service NSS when they also needed jobs?
  4. Why didn't you seek final apportionment all of PSC before giving employment letters to the new employees?
  
  My friend, repent and a knowledge that you took a partisan decision and that you will bear the consequences.
