If you take KNUST, UCC and UDS, would you not find some ethnic groups being dominant there? You feel nervous that some ethnic group is dominant? It could be their turn today but not tomorrow. learn to tolerate them now for tomorrow it could your ethnic group that would be in the major there.

  That is a young educated man in parliament who should know better but does not know,you singled out the Vice Chancellor to be removed from office because your party is in power using excuse of a board that has its term expired forgeting that the president that appointed the board members used his powers to extend their term,the same board that appointed the VC is illegal in that appointment but not illegal in appointment of the Pro VC who you want to take over,what a stupidity.
  
  He should know that if he does not stop politicizing the school things will go bad in that school,he should clear off from the activities of the university and the school should stand on its feet,if he wants his political party to run the school the teachers should boycott classes and let him teach there,they should not entertain him there,the school belongs to all Ghanaians,not a property of him,his political party or Efutu people.
  Nobody should be intimidated to appoint unqualify people to run a school because they are from where the school is located,nonsense.

  Do you see your inward looking tendencies. Even in Winneba you have sent this your attitude of only your ethnicity should be employed and you are the only qualified there. Let us do an audit exercise at all state institutions. From the security agencies to ECG VRA GRIDCO ADB GCB NIB CIVIL AVIATION GHANA AIRPORTS. From 2009 till the fall of MAHAMA only people from the Volta Region and the Northern Regions who are NDC members were employed. In Ghana names will prove this. Then let's check at the ports and the nation as a whole to see those who do businesses and pay the taxes. If you are the most qualified let's see now. I don't mean someone from the Volta Region or North who qualifies should not be employed. That nobody with wisdom should do. We belong to one Ghana. The point is when NDC is in government only you qualify. But for some ethnic groups irrespective of who is in government at least the average person can do something with his life.
