NDC HAS MILKED GHANA DRY: NDC guys are crooks. The other time Dr Apaak, a presidential staffer under Mahama, came out to claim that an amount of $5.9M was rather the cost of the new Veep Mansion. Then NDC Deputy Minority leader, James Klutse Avedzi, also said the amount is $5.0M. Now the NDC General Secretary is saying the amount is $3.5M. It is only the NPP that has remained consistent with $13.9 so far. It appears the NDC is not saying the truth. They are doing this to defend Thief Mahama at all cost. However, pressure mounted on the NDC has forced Allotey Jacobs, the NDC chairman for Central Region to admit guilt. He stated on Peace Fm that the fresh document from Consar on the cost of the project brings finality to the controversy surrounding the cost, adding that contesting the cost is impossible.“With what has come from Consar Limited, it is difficult to defend this issue. They are on the job and what they have put out settles the controversy surrounding the cost of the project. If Consar themselves have put out this information, then what do I have to say…nothing.” IT IS ONLY THIEVES WHO WILL ALWAYS DEFEND THEIR FELLOW THIEF AT THE PERIL OF THEIR LIVES.

When the political parties need quick cash to spend they do deals in the petroleum and gas operations. Ghana Telecom used to serve as the ATM during the Jerry Rawlings and Kufuoe administrations; now it is the energy sector, hence the renchant for the politicians to fight for control of that ministry. But it is also likely that the in-coming NPP operatives are also capitalizing on the established dubious reputation of the NDC for corruption to steal these cars and blame it all on the NDC.

Let's face it. What has confiscation of Toll Booths and Public Toilets got to do with retrieving missing State assets from the previous Government? The Confiscation of Government vehicles could well end up with some missing in the hands of those seizing them.

So, we should wise up and throw the net over all of these folks, both leaving the scene and those coming in.
