  This is a serious matter which was criminally hatched by the very persons, put in charge to manage the programme. The culprits should have been long dealt with, according to the laws of the land. And whatever punishment or otherwise, should have been dispensed. Our approach to dealing with crimes against the state, tend to be lackadaisical in manner. It gives encouragement to others, who may commit acts against the state in the future some comfort and believe that they may also likely be left off the hook, as the previous offenders. This country must be serious.

  They must pay back with interests and thereafter incarcerated for a very long time of 20 years minimum. Those who can't pay must have their assets confiscated to serve as deterent to others.

  The Lawyers of the accused persons might of benefited from the ill-gotten wealth, otherwise they ought to even convince the culprits to plead and payback the monies, instead of delaying the court process with technicalities.

  Why are people so greedy, you receive wat u are entitled to yet u aren't satisfy wit that n when asked to increase personels allawa u claimed it's a problem. They should be jailed straight away.
