  we are ready to stop the nation service and go by the employment you are bringing to the sector.

  That's very good idea. Current graduate wouldn't want to do farming just after school. But if they're employed in the field to offer assistance and later realized that the illiterate they're coaching is earning 100 times what the government is paying them, they'll quickly quit and venture into farming full time. I like the idea... Indirect way of sending the graduates into farming. Most Doctors and Pharmacists have drug stores now which was before operated by illiterates. Let go... Change!
