Have you conducted some research to know why people do what they do? Why toilets do not exist in their homes? Can they afford to put them in their homes? And finally what are the government legal instrument when it comes to housing in Ghana?

I don't think there should be an acceptable excuse for not adding even a single toilet to a house.The reasons why people don't do it is because of the ridiculously high cost and greed.When I built my house I had to make do with an a burried sceptic tank which is drained once a year.We have to do something about this soon as it is increasingly becoming a health hazard especislly in the densely populated Accra.

To me its time that Ghana gets a sewage system.60years after Independence Ghana has no Sewage and Drainsge system not even in Accra let alone the Regional or District capitals.

Someone has to show leadership. As such it is appropriate for this gentleman to make the law. Isn't it a shame that after 60 years of self rule we are in this situation?

Where the hell was this picture taken? Whether it is a public toilet or a toilet in a private home it is unacceptable to have toilets situated side by side with no barriers in between. I hope it is a urinal.

Simple. Just enact and laws barring homes or buildings without functioning toilet facilities from being rented out or certified for occupancy.
All existing homes must be given say 6 months to construct functioning toilets/bathhouses.
Any new building without this facility should not be certified for occupancy.. Very simple!!
You can't rent your premise if you have no toilet and bath house ..
