It could be that the baby fell ill and died. Not knowing how to handle it they choose to bury it instead of reporting to the police.

It could also be that it was murdered. An autopsy report could provegive us an answer .

I'm not sure if there's a law requiring people to immediately report cases of natural causes of death of relatives to hospitals and govt institutions but it's a lession and warning that govt must enact and enforce laws to cover all aspects of our social life including compulsory recording of births, death and marriages. And citizens also fully educated on the Ghanaian laws , Duties and Rights. We africans know all versus in the bible and quran but nothing about our countries' Laws and our duties and responsibilities.

I hope these couple didnt murder the kid, that would be barbarism.

I think they did not murder the baby but they did wrong by buried the baby when he died , they suppose to inform elders in the area... very sad story .... I think the court should investigate well.....
