  our problem is the NON ENFORCEMENT of our laws. presently any bike rider rides on pavements, against traffic flow, through red lights etc. it is not only okada that poses danger, all bikers are guilty. enforce traffic laws, punish flouters severly and see whether sanity wont prevail on our roads

If its really bad as we are putting it why is it that its only GH that sees everything wrong with it of all the surrounding countries? i.e Nigeria, Togo, Benin, Cote de voir, Burkina Faso etc
