There must be a situation where by the GFA chairman must had no access to the taxpayers money, because , those using the taxpayers money must be accountable to the taxpayer, and the voter must have a way to decide either s/he supported his ideas or not.
where the GFA claims their expenses from is been resourced and financed by the taxpayer, the GNPC which sponsored the national team is a national asset , so their money belong to the state and the taxpayer.
