Just let me make every road 4-6 lanes so I put a toll both every 20 kilometers and don't worry about the toll I charge and also note that I will charge these tolls forever and make sure the roads are well maintained. Later this Shylock turns round to charge GHC 10 on every road you drive on and that should be ok. So by the time you get to Tema from Dansoman, you would be paying Ghc500 daily for tolls because they are first class road????????
