. .In the late 90s, the NDC was fully implementing the cash and carry hospital system and always oppose the health insurance scheme concept. They even went to the extent of detaining patients who could not afford to pay their hospital bills. It was the benevolence of the Catholic Church in Nkoranza that defied the strong resistance posed by the then NDC government to start the health insurance scheme. Later, when Kufuor came to power and laid the NHIS bill in parliament, all the NDC MPs walked out of parliament. After the NHIS law was passed, the NDC polluted the minds of Ghanaians that the NHIS does not work. Later, when the NDC realised that the NHIS was working to the admiration of all Ghanaians, they formulated another theory that it was the NDC government that started the NHIS on a pilot basis at Nkroaanza.
Now, after criticising the Free SHS in 2008 and 2012 and claiming that Free SHS is not possible, the NDC is now saying that Mahama laid a strong foundation for Free SHS. Fellow Ghanaians, you can now see how shallow minded Mahama and his NDC goons are. They are simply a bunch of thieves.

My friend, go back to the history of Ghana, this is what the ancestors of NPP did to Nkrumah/Ghana in the 60s, that has warrant our long ending surfering in Ghana, First, they went to Britain to tell the Queen of England that Ghana doesn`t need the independence. When later Ghana gain its freedom, the ancestors of NPP started sabotaging the nation with a lot of Bombs throwing killing innocent people, their leader J.B Danquah was on a C.I.A payroll. they criticised the building of Akosombo Dam, the building of Tema Harbour, Tema Township, Tema motorway, calling all these mighty projects in the country that will bring investment to the entire generations as a waste of money. So if another party tells them that NHIS will not work, they shouldn`t be a surprise to them. That was their food from the begining of Ghana infrastructuring development as they did it to recently John Mahama led government.

They were touting the huge infrastructure development of Mr Mahama's regime,but,we are yet to see it.
Everyday there are reports of school buildings collapsing,even killing school children.
A lot of deplorable roads all over the Country.
So the question is,what did they build with the GHC 112 Billion debt they left behind?I am not even talking about internal generated funds.
NDC and its supporters should try and debt matters,without insults,and debt as civilized citizens.

Please I beg to differ. The late Maulvi Wahab was an Akan, yes but Bin Salih is a Wala man BUT an NPP supporter. The Late Wahab Adam was a true leader and very diplomatic.
