  Hahaha Ghanaians are not smart thinkers yet they are those who always attain all the degrees and love to speak big grammar, let's do a smart thinking over this free SHS program, Anglo gold Ghana has really come out clear in their statement that their annual mining capacity amount to 4,320,000 tons of gold each year from Ghana and in just 2 years their contract will expire according to the Constitution law article 21 section 266, the government can actually negotiate a new deal with this company a 60/40 deal annually for the next 10 years on a tax free scale every decade if 1 kg is $39,000 dollars multiply 1.7 tons

Free SHS, free Zongo fund, free irrigation dams, free tax, free factories, free teacher/nurses allowances, free DKM moneys, cut down in utility bills and fuel charges as well as transport. And many more frees. How can these work? We need to stop deceiving ourselves and get serious

  We can create a fund for the free SHS. Then a backing law from parliament can require every mobile phone user in Ghana irrespective of the mobile network provider to contribute Ghc 6 every month to the free SHS fund. The Ghc 6 must be deducted from accounts of mobile phone users in bits, that's 20 pesewas a day for a month so that users will not feel it. If we have at least 2 million mobile phone users in Ghana and each user pays Ghc6 a month, we can raise Ghc 12,000,000 in a month and Ghc 36,000,000 in every 3 months that make a term of the academic year.I believe we have more than 2 million mobile phone users in Ghana so we can raise more money by this means to fund the free SHS. People use more than this amount to purchase data bundles to download unnecessary videos.

  The money to fund free shs is coming from nowhere than the oïl revenue.
  Remember Nana Addo made a categorical statement during the 2012 Presidential Debate that his govt will use the oïl revenue to finance free shs.What Nana Addo could not explain is which of the 4 components in the Oil Revenue Management Act.
  1.Annual Budget Funding Money :30%
  2.GNPC Fund :43%
  3.Stabilisation Fund :18%
  4.Heritage Fund :9%
  So clearly,the Heritage Fund is the smallest component which will not be sufficient to finance free shs.
  On the contrary,NPP govt can combine the Stability and the GNPC Funds that will give you 61% of the oïl revenue yearly to finance the free shs.That means you will not touch the Heritage Fund and the ABFM if you like so that's not the problem for me.
  My problem with this oïl revenue management is transparency and corruption.The fact that NPP is unable to state clearly which component of the oïl revenue they intend to use for public debate in itself is problematic.Why hide the source of funding for public good?
  There was the same free education concept in Nigeria sometime ago but lack of transparency,good planning and corruption collapsed the programme.Again,drops in oïl prices along the line made the Policy unsustainable.Therefore,some of us have legitimate right to question the govt on funding,planning,transparency and sustainability.
  I can tell you,if Nana Addo had been transparent on the funding,he could have been the President of the Republic since 2008.Nobody is against free shs but we must be serious,this is not a jamboree.If it's not well managed,the consequence will be catastrophic,that's my problem.Thanks.
