  We spend $16 million dollars on the residence of the Vice President and yet complain about spending $20,000 on a bridge !!!!

  GOV'T SHOULD BE PREPARED AT ANY TIME FOR THIS KIND OF REPAIR WORK. THIS IS NOTHING EXTRA-ORDINARY. TALKING ABOUT PREPAREDNESS OR SPENDING MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL.
