  You are rather hallucinating or smoking something which I don't know. Can't we have a civilized way of getting the stolen cars back rather than hijacking as if its robbery only to come and be apologizing for wrongly seizing peoples cars. The approach Boahen and Abrony3 are using will let people even escape with their stolen cars. Lets the law work not task force.
