Tell your auditors to stop showing pubic servants how to steal.Sometimes auditors show public servants how to spend unused state monies which are to be returned to government chest.They advise that spurious receipts be used to cover such monies as spent and the auditors get their cuts from such monies.Instead of protecting state monies they rather facilitate their stealing.No wonder some auditors build mansions before they retire.

Always happening.As I write this piece it is happening in some of the ministries and Departments.It is very common in educational institutions where bursars,headmasters and domestic bursars always inflate the prices and quantities of things bought.Some items are not even bought but they manage to get receipts to cover them and steal the monies involved.
