Growing up in the harbour city of ghana, I had the opportunity as a child to eat healthy and hygienic meat which was then been processed at the Tema meat factory. Even though Tema is famous for its fishing industry, we also had the opportunity to eat hygienic meat. All meat products were served under hygiene conditions to the annoyance of the flies. To those of you babies with sharp teeth, Tema meat factory was one of Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah's brain children. After the overthrow of the pan africanist, I lost appetite for eating meat due to unhygienic conditions. This is as result of the collapsed meat factory. When he took charge of reigns of power, I was overwhelmed with joy for the simple reason that Baba Akuffo Addo was going to wet my appetite with the same juicy and healthy meat as Nkrumah did but when my fiance went to the market to buy meat, she was served with human flesh which is processed from the flagstaff house by the invisible forces. The meat seller showed the flesh of a battered policeman and the bones of a soldier. The soldier was accused of taking photograph of a butchered policemen and has alerted the world of the brutality of Nana Addo's hitmen. My fiance therefore refused to buy the human meat and we went for our usual mackerel fish to prepare light soup which we enjoyed with neat fufu. Nana is condemning his trained mercenaries because he simply can't understand why they cannot process human flesh on mass production.
