For all his brilliance, Haruna Iddrisu has failed Ghanaians terribly for not bringing his influence as minority leader in parliament to bear on his vagabond colleagues, and saving them from further shame with their contrasting claims in the on-going bribery saga. His silence on the matter is not only deafening, but destabilizing the opposition's legislative front which inevitably throws huge question marks about his leadership qualities. If you can't control and unify your small group of age mates in parliament, how do we trust you with a more critical executive position like the presidency or vice pee?

Ask the chief architect of the NDC electoral rigging game plan Asiedu Nketia, about the true number of the NDC card bearing members he was able to capture when he embarked on his biometric registration of the NDC membership last year. He barely registered only 2 million voters and how were you able to obtain 5 the million plus numbers that enabled you to win the 2008 the 2012 elections? so are you telling me that the 3 million difference are all swing and undecided voters?

Ask former MP for Nanton, Murtala and he tell you of a Minister who was using "filthy money" to undermine him in his constituency. Ask Hon Inusa Fuseini of Tamale Central and he will tell you why he had such a torrid time in his constituency in 2016. Indeed ask Prez Mahama himself and why he almost left Haruna out of his ministerial appointments in 2013. Sometimes people can destroy their own future by destroying others now.

That said,Ghanaian journalists have a very,very long way to go,they have refused to learn,they just write without using their minds very well.

To say Akuffo Addo exited parliament in 2005 the year Haruna Iddrisu entered parliament when the president himself even said he came to parliament when he was in his last term shows our journalists are dumb,no matter how dumb you are as a journalist,the president's comment alone should have been guided you to know that he did not leave parliament in 2005 rather in 2009.
President Akuffo Addo left parliament in 2009,he was still MP when he contested the 2008 presidential election,it was in that year that Attah Kyea replaced him as parliamentary candidate for Abuakwa South,Attah Kyea is now in his second term as MP.
