This is no news, his NPP government did nothing. Peace keeping allowances are paid by UN through governments of member countries to the peace keepers. The amount quoted didn't come from Ghana government coffers period.

You claim the coffers are empty ,the interest payments alone is something something billions dollars, despite that you are boasting of paying soldiers ,that you're starting free SHS in September, paying allowances to trainees from March, meanwhile you're in power for barely 1 months . Who worked for those monies you've started using already? 20 M dollars you budgeted for Ghana@60, where do u get that if Manama indeed decipated the funds as you claimed? Are you taking we ordinary Ghanaians for fools? Or you think after running down Mr Manama, you'll succeed? NO WAY!
