Good idea! It works well in the USA high schools. You learn and take driving exams and if pass , driving License will be issued to you. Lets go Nana.

KOO MENSAH A GOOD IDEA. IN THE US THE DRIVING LESSONS ARE PART OF THE SCHOOL'S AFTER SCHOOL CURRICULUM WHERE SOME OF THE STUDENT GRAB THIS OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND ACQUIRE THE LICENSE BEFORE THEY GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL

When people go through such avenue to acquire such important license, it will really reduce the risks and hazards on our roads...Be mindful of favouritism, and corruption as you roll out such a commendable idea.

This is a good approach. It will reduce accidents on the road. It will reduce the burden on the system and reduce the middle guys who frustrate the young from accessing licence through the right approach.

Meanwhile WHY ON THIS EARTH should they process an application that was not submitted by the applicant themselves but someone else who COMES there everyday to process new documents?

This is a misplaced priority. There are basic schools still under trees and without chalk for their teachers. Use the scarce resources for prioritized commonsense resources.
