How can a district commander claim not to know about the existence of galamsey but know where every weed dealer is. If a local commander needs Otiko tell him to arrest the abusers of that lady before acting, then the question is what is he being paid for. We need doers not timid followers as commanders and leaders

This savages just wanted an excuse to fondle the thieving woman. That simple, the police can round up a few scapegoats and punish them to deter such behavior, but oh no this Minister is pretending to have sympathy, we want to know what she proposes to find and prosecute, and also assure us of procedures to protect vulnerable women criminals.
