If I have my own way, those family members who have trooped down to the police station to bail out these jackals should be charged with accessory to crime. This may not be popular, but it is a way of sending a strong message to a primitive and backward enclave in that region. HABA!!!

The current example is the fair lady's matter. Where was Ghana Police since 14th Feb, til 21st Feb before effecting an arrest of those suspected Perpetrators? The real perpetrators might have let the area since it is not one man attack. According to the reportage, the fair lady was stripped naked and men used their toes into her orifice which means that, the incident occurred at open place which everyone was aware. Does it mean the Divisional Police Department or Police Patrol is not effective at that Kumasi area? I demand an answer from the Divisional Police Commander right to the Regional Police Commander to IGP please.
