Nana, it is not just Ghana -Man-Time, Ghanaians are lazy, full of selfish interest, corrupt, mismanagement and greed that has distroyed the economy. We don't care attitude.

If the government is interested in saving time, why not also minimize the time it takes us to get to our destinations ? Or maybe that's not important ?!
