It stands to reason therefore that even if one kept to budgeted expenditure and run short of the required revenue, a deficit would arise which cannot be attributed to recklessness on the part of government. The President himself unwittingly explained the issue when he indicated the shortfall between projected revenue for 2016 and actual revenue generated for that fiscal year.

IF GOVT CONTINUES TO SPEND OVER AND ABOVE REVENUE, AND RUNS HUGE DEFICITS, THAT GOVERNMENT IS RECKLESS. YOUR OWN STATEMENT UNDERSCORES THE RECKLESSNESS OF YOUR GOVERNMENT. STOP THROWING MUD IN OUR EYES.

Remember the head of the security company at the airport was arrested with drugs three years ago? The new gov't must sweep the whole system and ensure that the bad ones are thrown out and replaced with good ones. All diplomatic passports, airport and harbour special permits must be revoked and new ones issued to deserving ones. From 2009 to 2016, when one enters the arrival and departure areas of the airport its a sad scene of rascals with all kinds of permits. I am happy that the rif-rafs have been removed.

So Harina shouldn't go there at all.

I am a young man of 26 years with a decent job and financially stable.

I've been dating this lady for 6 months now with a consensus of not engaging in any sexual activity till we get married if possible. Neither of us is a virgin by the way.

She had this uncle who used to visit her a lot and get her goodies. One morning, I had a text from him that he has been dating her for the past 6 years so I should keep off. She later came to explain to me that yes she was dating him 6 years ago. And was madly in love with him but they had to break up after she found out that she was dating her uncle who also happens to be married with 2 kids.

Now as to why I got that text from him? She confessed she had sex with him few days ago and was sorry for her actions. Being human and not being perfect I forgave her and decided to let it go with the condition that she would distant herself from him. But she said she cannot.

I'm also deeply in love with her. So should I quit or still trust her to be faithful?
