First, you and a collection of the best of lawyers the NPP can put out must prove that the Nana Akufo-Addo administration have put in place a national security group that cannot shoot straight and could not figure out that the Kofi Adams car was in fact a stolen government car or acquired from the NDC government without purchase. Secondly, should you be able to prove the former in court you must also prove how you came by facts that are unavailable to Agents of Nana's NPP administration tasked with repossessing stolen government assets. Remember you will have to provide proof of two things: Nana's government operations are staffed by incompetent bunch and therefore Nana and the NPP leadership must be unfit to be Ghana's ruling party.

As a matter of urgency the Akuffo Addo administration should set up a forensic auditing into the auctioning process that the criminal NDC used to auction off these cars to their operatives and ascertain if some of the sales were made not after December 7th and also if the invoices not dated retrospectively e.g. when Abronye DC and the task force started the operations to retrieve the cars.ln short the investigation should focus on the timing. My investigation has uncovered some dubious invoices that were issued recently, but dated 8 months ago.
