Immediately they took power in 2001 and were quizzed about vat, Osafo Marfo said, and I quote, "we will use VAT to our advantage. And so they did (they immediately increased it by 2.5%). So if anybody thinks this junkie of a president (mr all die be die) and his Mutumbanza Bawumliar are going to stick to their campaign promises, they better think again.
