As a matter of urgency, the Akuffo Addo administration should set up a forensic auditing into the auctioning process that the criminal NDC used to auction off these cars to their operatives and ascertain if some of the sales were not carried out after December 7th and also if the invoices not dated retrospectively e.g. when Abronye DC and the task force started the operations to retrieve the cars.ln short the investigation should focus on the timing. My investigation has uncovered some dubious invoices that were issued recently, but dated 8 months ago.

Every vehicle in the world has its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) placed at the bottom or base of the Dashboard or near the Windshield. This Vehicle ID CANNOT be altered. There'snews that the VIN of the vehicles have all been altered or tampered with; it's criminal for anyone to do that. If that the case then CID, BNI and INTERPOL should be notified immediately!
