The choice of this man as an award recipient only goes to highlight the deplorable nature of African leadership. This guy steeply lost an election like no other ever has in Ghana, and this award giver wouldn't even dare to delve into the reasons for such an abysmal electoral performance. I guess the award is for him willing to leave office - debatable - if so the award should go to Ghana's media minus GTV. This award makes no sense to the politically mature Ghana.

We all know what Africans are made of. So dont be proud yet. Coz this is a sign of Great corruption and incompetence. So if he is made the leader then we thank Ghanaians for voting him out.
