  Teachers unlike their counterparts in the GHS have no market premium. Ghanaians worship the health sector workers and every young person wants to be a nurse, doctor or any other allied health worker. Their children would be impregnated by the poor teacher who is also the repository of knowledge at the basic school level must also enjoy his toil. Government must really complete the Single Spine pay structure to ensure equity in the distribution of the national cake.

If the GES authorities want us to take them serious they should put in place stringent measures such as giving such teachers the sack in order not only to serve as a deterrent to other deviant teachers but also keep them away from our kids.

  How can you be aware if you are part of the problem by nonchalantly shirking your responsibility? Stop turning a blind eye to teachers abusing their position of trust. You have officially been made aware. Do your job well or get out!! These children must be protected from paedophiles and rapists parading as teachers. It is not only pastors who abuse their flock. Teachers and many others in other sectors are also using their positions to abuse/harass/victimise the vulnerable. Time for people to stand up, speak up and act. Enough is enough, period!!!
