  Many other countries have done it so we know it is very effective and it pays for itself in less than 2 flood seasons.We can build drian pipes equiped with cheap commercial sump pumps.These drain lines could aslo be connected to residential areas to be used top drain sewege and waste material.The exterior part of these drain pipes could also be used to house burried electrical power and communication cables.These drainpipes will not only deal with flooding and dumsor caused by bad weather but start a nationwide solution to waste and sewage removal and treatment.Come on Ghana,we can do this on our own!A country of less than 30 million should never have these types of problems for too long.
