The aim is to put fear in the NPP so that the current NPP administration will be discouraged from prosecuting appointees of the past Mahama administration. To this end the Nana Addo and his appointees
  must avoid enclosed crowded areas such as mosques and churches. If even the need arises for them to go to such places, adequate security must be put in place. A word to the wise is in the Jubilee House. Thank you.
